丙泊酚对脑创伤家兔血清和脑脊液肌酸激酶、乳酸脱氢酶活性的影响 被引量:4

Influence of propofol on the activities of creatine kinase and lactic dehydrogenase in serum and cerebrospinal fluid in rabbits with brain injury

摘要 目的 观察丙泊酚麻醉对脑创伤家兔血清 (s)、脑脊液 (csf)肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的指标变化 ,探讨丙泊酚对家兔脑创伤的影响及其意义。方法 取 2 0只健康新西兰兔建立稳定的脑创伤模型 ,随机分为对照组 (C组 )和丙泊酚组 (P组 ) ,分别于伤前 ,伤后 4、2 4、48、72小时和伤后 7天测定血清及脑脊液CK、LDH活性。结果 C组s CK和csf CK ,s LDH和csf LDH显著高于伤前 (P <0 0 1 ) ;P组伤后 48、72小时、7天s CK和csf CK显著低于C组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;s LDH在伤后72小时显著低于C组 (P <0 0 1 ) ,csf LDH在伤后 48小时、7天明显低于C组 (P <0 0 5)。结论 脑创伤后 ,s CK和csf CK ,s LDH和csf LDH活性均明显增高 ;丙泊酚能显著降低血及脑脊液CK、LDH活性 ,提示丙泊酚能够改善脑代谢 ,对创伤性脑损伤具有一定的脑保护作用。 Objective To explore the influence of propofol on the activities of serum and cerebrospinal fluid creatine kinase(CK) and lactic dehydrogenase(LDH) in rabbits with brain injury.Methods After a model of traumatic brain injunry was established,the rabbits were divided into control group (group C, n= 10) and propofol treating group(group P, n= 10).The samples of serum and cerebrospinal fluid were collected respectively before trauma and at 4,24,48,72h and seven days following trauma.The activity of CK and LDH in serum and cerebrospinal fluid were measured.Results The activity of CK and LDH in serum and cerebrospinal fluid after trauma was notablely increased compared with that before in group C( P< 0 01).CK activity in serum and cerebrospinal fluid after trauma in group P was significantly lower than that in group C( P< 0 01).The activity of LDH in serum at 72h and cerebrospinal fluid at 48h and seven days after trauma in group P was markedly lower than that in group C( P< 0 05, P< 0 01).Conclusion Propofol might significantly decrease the activities of CK and LDH in serum and cerebrospinal fluid after brain injury,indicating that propofol has a protective effect on traumatic brain by improving cerebral metabolism.
