The Effect of Propofol Anesthesia on Physiological Functions in Rabbits

摘要 目的观察丙泊酚麻醉对家兔血液学、血液生化、血气及血流动力学指标的影响。方法1%丙泊酚注射液与5%葡萄糖溶液以1∶4比例稀释配比,6号头皮针兔耳缘静脉穿刺,以20滴/min的速度维持静滴,15 min时,抽取兔耳缘静脉血测血液学指标14项、血生化学指标22项,抽取兔耳中动脉血测血气指标14项。结果(1)血液学指标:血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)较麻醉前降低(P<0.01),红细胞比积(HCT),平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)较麻醉前有所上升(P<0.01),其余指标差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)血生化指标:天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(Glb)、谷酰转肽酶(ALP)、胆碱酯酶(CHE)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、葡萄糖(GLU)、钙(Ca)、钠(Na)均较麻醉前降低(P<0.01,P<0.05);(3)血气指标:PCO2较麻醉前明显升高(P<0.01),pH、钾(K)、HCT、碳酸氢根(HCO3-)、氧合血红蛋白(THb)均较麻醉前降低(P<0.01)。结论丙泊酚麻醉家兔对其血液学、血生化学、血气指标、血流动力学均有不同程度的影响。 Objective To explore the effect of propofol anesthesia on hematological, blood biochemical, blood gas and hemodynamical parameters in rabbits. Methods 1% propofol was diluted by 5 % glucose solution with a ratio of 1 : 4. The anesthetic was injected via the marginal ear vein (20 drops/min). Venous blood from the marginal ear vein and arterial blood from the ear central artery were taken at 15 minutes after the start of anesthesia. Results 1. After propofol anesthesia, hemoglobin and RBC decreased significantly ( P 〈 0.01), whereas HCt, MCH, MCHC increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ). 2. After propofol anesthesia, AST, TP, Alb, Glb, ALP, CHE, CK, CK-MB, GLU, Ca, Na decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). 3. After pmpofol anesthesia, PCO: increased significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) and pH, K, HCt, HCO3- , THb significantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Propofol anesthesia exert influence on hematology, blood biochemistry, blood gas and haemodynamics in rabbits to a varying extent.
