摘要
指出目前我国期刊等级评定工作存在的弊病和产生的严重负面影响。认为应由新闻出版机关出面 ,建立一个规范、科学的期刊等级评定体系 。
There are many problems in the evaluation and grading of journals in China. The author holds that the press and publishing administration should adopt effective countermeasures to establish a standardized and scientific evaluation and grading system for journals, then to speed up the healthy development of journals.
