摘要
目前期刊等级的评定呈现一种“齐抓共管”的混乱局面 ,带来诸多负面影响 ,对期刊业的发展十分不利。据此笔者认为应由新闻出版管理机关将评刊工作管理起来 ,建立一整套科学、规范、完备的评刊体系 。
At present, the grade evaluafion of periodical is a “manage together”, Which leads to many negative effects and it hampers the development of periodical. So as the author considered, it should be managed by news publication institution, establish a set of scientific standard, perfect system of evalution, thus the evaluation may be developed healthy and orderly.
