摘要
采用硫酸显色法对两家药厂生产的阿奇霉素片及胶囊剂进行了溶出度考察。结果表明 ,阿奇霉素在 1 0～ 1 0 0 μg mL范围内线性关系良好 ,平均回收率为 99 83 % (n =6)。阿奇霉素片及胶囊剂在 45min时的溶出量均不低于标示量的 80 %。
The dissulution of Azithromycin(Azi)capsules and Azi tablets from two different companies was determined by sulfuric acid-colour development method in vitro.The good linear calibration range of Azi was from 10 to 100 μg/mL and the average recovery of Azi was 99 83%( n=6 ).The dissulution of two samples after 45 min was no lower than 80% of their labelled amount.In conclusion,the dissulution of both samples in vitro was eligible.
