Dissolution Determination of Clarithromycin Capsules

摘要 采用盐酸溶液(16.4mL稀盐酸→1000mL)为溶出介质可获得较pH5.0醋酸钠缓冲液更好的溶出结果.用硫酸显色法在482nm波长处测定,吸收度值重现性好,结果稳定.线性范围10~100μg/mL,r=0.9997(n=6);按测定浓度的80%,100%和120%的平均回收率分别为100.9%,100.9%和99.3%,RSD分别为0.25%,0.65%和0.33%(n=6). The better dissolution results were obtained by use of Hyd rochlorid solution (16.4?mL thin Hydrochloride→1?000?mL) as dissolution medi um compared with pH5.0 sodium acetate buffer solution.Absorb values determined b y sulfuric acid colored method at the wavelength of 482?nm show good repeatabil ity and steady results.The linearity was in the range of 10 100?μg/mL,r=0.999 ?7 (n=6);the average recoveries of 80%,100% and 120% of test concentration were respectively 100.9%,100.9% and 99.3%,the RSDs were 0.25%,0.65% and 0.33%,respec tively (n=6).
