摘要
该文从技术角度分析我国教育电视现有的资源优势和巨大的发展潜力。论述了当前教育电视传播媒体所处环境和现状 ,冷静地思考了新世纪教育电视所面临新的发展机遇与挑战 ,并提出了发展的新途径、新策略。
From the view of technology, this article analyzed the resource advantage and huge developmental potential of educational TV in our country. It discussed the environment and current situation of educational TV and communication media, and then probed deeply into developmental opportunities and challenges that people faced in new century, and put forward the new ways and new tactics of the educational TV development.
