摘要
根据新鲜水果蔬菜的生理特征 ,保鲜依据及目的 ,分析了两种保鲜系统的性能差异 ,和对果蔬保鲜的不同适应性 ,阐明了湿冷系统的先进性和应用前景。
Based on the physiological characteristics of fresh fruit and vegetables,the foundation and purpose of preservation,the differences of performances between conventional refrigerator and humidcool system,and the respective adaptability for preservation of fresh fruit and vegetables have been analysed.The advantages and rospect of application of humidcool system have also been expounded.
