摘要
湿冷系统能为荔枝提供低温高湿的贮藏条件 ,结合臭氧杀菌 ,较好的控制了荔枝的褐变与腐烂 。
Humidcool system with the condition of low temperature and high relative humidity has a good effect on the preservation of litchi.The results show that the browning & rotting of litchi was well controlled in the system in combination of ozone treatment it gives anapproach to the industrialization of litchi.
