摘要 采用甲醇为溶剂,提取冬虫夏草及其虫体、子座中的核苷类成分,用HPLC法测定腺苷的含量;色谱条件以μBondapak C_(18)(4.6 mm × 250 mm,10μm)为色谱柱,0.01 mol/L磷酸二氢钠-磷酸氢二钠缓冲液(pH6.5)- 甲醇(85: 15)为流动相,检测波长 UV260 nm,r=0.9999,线性范围 0.2~1μg,回收率104.5%。 A method has been developed for the determination of adenosine in Cordycepes sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. by HPLC. Nucleosides in both worm body and stroma were extracted with MeOH. A μ Bon- dapak C_(18) column was used, with phosphate buffer (0. 01 mol/L of a mixture of NaH_2PO_4 and Na_2HPO_4 of pH 6. 5)-MeOH (85:15) as the mobile phase, and detected at a wavelength of 260 nm. The linear range was 0. 2-1. 0μg, r= 0. 9999.The average recovery was 104. 5 %.
