摘要
用氰胺、十八胺和醋酸反应可以制取醋酸十八胍。十八胺与氰胺等物质的量混合,在110～125℃下滴加60％的氰胺溶液,加毕,继续在 110～125℃下反应20min,得含醋酸十八胍约80％的粗产品。提纯、干燥,产品纯度达98％以上。
A study was done for the preparation of octadecylguanidine acetate from octadecylamine, cyanamide and acetic acid. Thus, over 60% cyanamide solution was added to a mixture of octadecylamine and acetic acid at 110 - 125℃ and the mixture was kept 20 min at the primary product was purified and dried to give over 98% purity product.
