摘要 采用Benson基团贡献法,对甘油和醋酸反应进行了反应焓变、熵变、吉布斯自由能变的计算。讨论了反应温度对热力学平衡的影响。结果表明:生成单醋酸甘油酯、二醋酸甘油酯的反应能自发进行;生成三醋酸甘油酯的反应不能自发进行。平衡常数随着温度的升高而减小,提高反应温度不利于平衡向产物方向移动,必须及时将反应生成的水移出反应体系。 In order to obtain the thermodynamic data of the reaction of glycerol and acetic acid, the standard molar enthalpy, Gibbs free energy and molar heat capacity of the reactants and the products were calculated by Benson group contribution method. The effect of temperature on the thermodynamic equilibrium of reactions was discussed. The results show that the reaction to form glyceryl monoacetate and glyceryl diacetate occurs spontaneously, however, the reaction to form glyceryl triacetate can't occur spontaneously. The conversion of glycerol decreases with elevated reaction temperature, and the by-product water must be distilled out right away from the system to break the equilibrium state.
