肌肉醇取代吡啶酸盐的合成及生物活性

Synthesis and biological activities of creatinol substituted picolinates

摘要 为合成新的胍盐,探讨结构活性关系,以硫脲和硫酸二甲酯为起始原料反应先生成S-甲基异硫脲硫酸盐,再与2-甲基氨基乙醇反应生成肌肉醇硫酸盐,用NaOH溶液中和分离出肌肉醇碱,最后采用酸碱成盐组合法与取代吡啶酸反应得到了6个含胍基的肌肉醇盐。通过红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)、元素分析和熔点测定确定了各化合物的结构。对化合物进行了室内活性测试,结果表明:该类化合物具有较好的植物生长调节活性,所得数据为胍类新活性化合物的进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。 In order to synthesize the new guanidine compounds and discuss the relationship between structure and biological activity,S-methyl-iso-thiourea sulfate was synthesized by using thiourea and dimethyl sulfate.The creatinol sulfate was prepared with S-methyl-iso-thiourea sulfate and 2-methylaminoethanol.The base creatinol was liberated by creatinol sulfate reacting with NaOH.The six creatinol salts containing guanidine were obtained by creatinol reacting with substituted pyridine acids based on the combination method with acid and alkali.Their structures were confirmed by infrared spectra(IR),nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR) elemental analysis and melting point measurement.The preliminary indoor biological activities were tested.The results show that such compounds exhibit the excellent plant growth-regulating activity,and the data concluded can supply the basic references for the further study of the new guanidine compounds.
