金黄色葡萄球菌色素改变对杀菌脂质敏感性的影响

摘要 经人工处理的方法获得一些金黄色葡萄球菌色素突变株后,分别用油酸和单油酸酯检测对它们的敏感性,同时与其亲代菌株的敏感性进行比较。实验发现色素突变株对这两种脂质的敏感性是不同的。 Methanesulfonic acid ethyl ester ( ethyl methanesulfonate) was used to treat Staphylococous Aureas 18Z and some mutants with change in pigmentation were obtained. We determined the sensitivity of these mutants to monoolein and oleic acid.The sensitivity of all the mutants to monoolein was the same as their parent strain.However, the sensitivity of the mutants to oleic acid was obviously different from that of their parent strain.It might be considered that some natural characteristics of the organisms had changed in the mutants thereby as the changs of pigmentation with concomitant change in sensitivity to oleic acid was so prominent.However, the real mechanism was still not clear.
