摘要
观察6～76岁健康男性231人的血清过氧化脂质(LPO)水平,发现血清LPO水平随年龄加大而逐渐递增,至老年期增至最高。年龄与血清LPO含量呈正相关(r=0.692,P<0.01)。本文尚观察了血清标本保存时间对LPO含量的影响。
Observation on age-dependent changes in serum lipid peroxide (LPO) level of 231 health males (6-76 years old) have been made.The serum LPO levels were: 1.18±0.38μmol/ L in children's group, 1.52±0.36μmol/ L in teen-aged group, 1.58±0.38μmol/ L in youth group, 1.54±0.39μmol/ L in middle age group, 2.07±0.50μmol/ L in pre-aged group and 2.78±0.57μmol/ L in aged group.The results indicate that the LPO levels in serum are increased with aging.There was a positive correlation between the age and the contents of serum LPO (r=0.692, P< 0.01) .It was linear regression equation: YLPO = 0.994+0.023Xage.Observa-tions on the influence of time of preserving serum on the contents of serum LPO have also been made.
