摘要
针对国内外对血糖控制对糖尿病控制的重要性、糖尿病与脂肪的关系、糖尿病发病机制、油脂对糖尿病人血糖和血脂的影响、油脂脂肪酸组成对其它生化指标的影响和糖尿病日常膳食指南的研究进展进行了综述,并对其研究方向进行了展望。
The research process of the importance of blood glucose control on diabetes control, relation between diabetes and edible fat, diabetes pathogenesis,effects of fats on blood glucose and blood fat of diabetes patients, effects of fatty acid composition of fats on other biochemical indicators, and daily nutrition recommendations and principles for people with diabetes mellitus were summarized in the paper.
