摘要
目的研究从事危险品装卸作业对工人机体抗氧化能力的影响。方法对１０８名接触组和５４名对照组工人进行血清硒（Ｓｅ）、血清过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）、血清超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、和血清铜（Ｃｕ）、锌（Ｚｎ）水平测定。结果接触组血清硒水平低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１）、血清超氧化物歧化酶水平高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）、血清铜水平、Ｃｕ／Ｚｎ值低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１，（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论接触组工人体内的抗氧化能力低于对照组。
Objective To study the antioxidant indexes in workers engaging in loading and unloading dangerous goods.Methods Serum Se,serum lipid peroxdites, serum superoide dismutase activities and serum copper and zinc were measured and analysed in 108 contact workers and 54 controls.Results The levels of Se、Cu and Cu/Zn in contacts were lower than those in controls.The level of SOD in contacts was higher than that in controls.Conclusion The antioxidant ability of contacts is lower than that of controls.
