摘要
用半固体的液体培养,观察前列腺素E_2对人外周血T淋巴祖细胞增殖和T淋巴细胞转化的调节。在体外,前列腺素E_2对二者均有明显的抑制作用。加入消炎痛阻滞前列腺素E_2的合成,可使淋巴祖细胞集落增加。
Prostaglandin E2 ( PGE2) modulation of human T cell colony forming unit and lymphocyte transformation in vitro is reported. PGE2inhibited TL-CFU and lymphocyte transformation markedly with a dose-effect relation. It ranged 15.4-68.2% and 25.1-54.6% at concentrations between 10-11-10-9M. PEG2biosynthesis blocked by indomethacin resulted a 24.6 + 7.2% increase in TL-CFU. The E-rosettes forming test (E-rosette positive 79%) OKT monoclonal antibody assay (OKT3+ 79%, OKT8+ 48%, OKT4+ 52%) showed that these colonies comprised mature functional T cells.
