摘要
为进一步探讨低量八味地黄丸及牛车肾气丸对实验性糖尿病性白内障的药效及其相互比较,对大白鼠实验模型的形态学进行了观察。结果表明两种低量中药对第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期白内障发生与发展有延迟作用。
The therapeutic effects of Ba Wei Di Huan Wan (B,W,D,H) and Niu Che Shun Qi Wan (N,C,S,Q) on experimental diabetic cataract by streptozotocine were investigated in rats. 10mg/head/day, 5rag/head/day and ling/head/day of B, W, D, H and 10mg/head/day,5rag/head/day and ling/head/day of N, C, S, Q were orally administered. The cataract appearance and development (stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) in 6 groups of B, W, D, H and N, C, S, Q were significantly delayed, compared with the controlled groups. The comparisons between 6 groups of B, W, D, H and N, C, S, Q in cataract appearance (stage Ⅰ) was the same. The most effective dosage of 6 groups in stage Ⅲ were ling/head/day N, C, S, Q and 10mg/head/day B, W, D, H.
