CD44分子生物学特性及其与宫颈癌关系的研究进展

摘要 CD44属于粘附分子家族,是分布极为广泛的细胞表面跨膜糖蛋白,能与多种配体分子结合,介导细胞与细胞间、细胞与细胞外基质(ECM)间的粘附过程。1980年Dalchau等首先应用单克隆抗体F10-44-2确定CD44并描述其分布于T细胞、粒细胞等多种细胞表面,是白细胞分化成熟过程中出现的表面标记之一。曾被称为Pgp-1、Hermes、ECM-3等,在第三届国际淋巴细胞分化抗原研讨会上被正式命名为CD44(cluster of differentiation)。已有研究表明。
