摘要
用微乳液法研制出纳米氧化锌 ,用透射电子显微镜观测其平均粒径约为 10 nm。
Nanometer sized Zinc oxides were prepared under the varion reaction conditions by the microemulsion method. TEM studies show that the ZnO crystalizes in hexagonal structure with spherical particles and size distibution of 10nm. The nanometer zinc oxides proparated by microemulsion and by solid state reaction methods were comparaed.
