摘要
研究出了与现有报道组成不同的多种稳定的微乳液体系.在研究过程中,选价格低廉的表面活性剂OP-10和渗透剂JFC作为表面活性剂.实验结果表明,OP-10作表面活性剂可以大大提高微乳液体系的最大增溶水量,提高产率,从而得出最经济制备工艺,相对降低生产成本.借助X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)等分析手段对微乳液法制备的纳米微粒结构、粒度、形貌等进行了表征与分析.
Diverse micro emulsion systems in compositions different from the previous reports were studied. Surfactant OP-10 and penetrant JFC in low price were used as surfactants in the work. Experiment shows that the biggest capacity of water was increased greatly and this would improve yield. So, the economical optimal preparation arts and crafts were obtained, and the cost of production would be reduced correspondingly. The structure, size and appearance of nanoparticle ZnO prepared by micro emulsion were characterized and analyzed by means of XRD and SEM.
