摘要
利用含碳球团在金属浴中的还原机理和气相化学反应法制备纳米粉的原理 ,进行了从低品位氧化锌矿直接制取纳米氧化锌粉的实验研究。结果表明 :所得的氧化锌粉的颗粒直径为 2 0— 10 0nm ,长度为 5 0— 5 0 0nm ,长径比为 1— 15 ;氧化锌颗粒的晶形为长针状或棒状 ;收集系统的前段在颗粒尺寸大小及分布上均优于中段和后段 ;能促进氧化锌快速还原、锌蒸气快速氧化以及氧化锌快速冷却的因素都有利于氧化锌粒子的均匀成核和得到纳米粒子。
With the reduction mechanisms of the pellets containing carbon in the metal bath and the mechanisms of CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) used to attain nanometer fines, the experiment research on directly obtaining nanometer ZnO powder from the zinc-oxide ore in low grade , have been carried out. The trial results show that the particle size distribution of nanometer ZnO powder is 20—100 nm in diameter, and 50—500 nm in length, with the slenderness ratio of 1—15;the crystalline form of ZnO particles is in the shape of the long pin or stick; the particle size and distribution of former section of collecting system are better than those of middle section and rear section; the factors which promote fast reduction of zinc oxide, fast oxidization of zinc vapor as well as fast cooling of zinc oxide, could be helpful for the nucleation of zinc oxide and obtaining nanometer fines.
