摘要
目的:为了解和评价示范区创建以来,社区居民卫生需求与利用情况,通过对所获资料的分析,旨在总结成绩、发现问题;并为进一步更好的进行全国优秀社区创建工作和保证社区卫生服务的可持续发展,为政府制定新型医疗合作保障制度提供科学依据。方法:采用随机抽样方法,选择各样本市一个示范区和一个非示范区的社区卫生服务机构(community health service,CHS)和社区居民作为调查对象,采用SPSS13.0对调查资料进行统计分析。结果:居民对CHS机构的认知程度、满意率大大提高,广大居民已经形成“小病进社区,大病进医院”的医疗消费观点,CHS机构优势已经显示出来,示范区各项调查指标明显优于非示范区,非示范区在许多方面还需要进一步加强。结论:大力开展社区卫生服务,进一步提高社区居民的健康水平,为进一步制定新型医疗合作保障制度提供科学依据。
Objective ： In order to find out and appraise the community resident＇s need and utilization , since the demonstration section has been established . Analyzing the data, summarizing the data, finding problem, and providing scientific gist for the government in constituting the related policy. Methods： Using SPSS 12.0, this article analyzed the data that shows the community resident＇s need and utilization. Results ： The approve of contentment satisfaction and cognizing has been greatly improved , most of community residents has the viewpoint that is indisposition should go to community health service and bigness disease should go to hospital , the predominance of CHS has been showed. The research index of demonstrate is more excelled than non - demonstrate, non - demonstrate should been strengthened in some parts. Conclusion： We should energetically develop CHS, enhancing the health condition of community residents, and bring out the scientific fact of new medical safeguard system.
