福州地区儿童头发铁含量分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨近几年来福州地区小儿铁营养状况的变化。方法 :采用原子吸收分光光度法测定头发中铁含量 ,采用 SPSS8.0软件包对 1991~ 2 0 0 0年本地区 80 35例小儿头发中 Fe含量与小儿年龄、性别、不同测定年代及与其它微量元素营养状况之间的关系进行协方差分析。结果 :福州地区小儿头发中 Fe含量为 (x± s,ug/ g) :4 5 .88± 6 .75 ;头发中 Fe含量受发 Zn、Ca含量、小儿年龄、性别、测定年代的影响 ;男孩发 Fe含量明显高于女孩 ;12~ 15岁组小儿发 Fe含量明显高于其它各年龄组 ;在控制其它影响因素后 ,自 1991年以来小儿发 Fe含量逐渐下降 ,差异有统计学意义。结论 :本地区小儿铁营养状况仍处于一个较低水平 ,自 1991年以来 ,小儿铁营养状况并未随社会经济状况的提高而好转 ,预防铁缺乏仍是目前小儿时期最主要的健康问题之一。 Objective:To investigate the variations of iron nutritional status among the children in Fuzhou district during the past 10 years.Methods:Using atom absorption spectrophotometry,in the measurements of hair iron concentration and the SPSS software package(version 8 0) in data analysis,we studied a total of 8035 children in Fuzhou district from 1991 to 2000.Covariance analysis was performed to determine the relationship between hair iron content and ages,sexes,measuring years and other trace-element status.Results:Of the 8035 subjects,the hair iron content(±s) was 45.88±6.75μg/g,and it was influenced by hair concentrations of zinc and calcium,ages,sexes and measuring years.The hair iron content in boys was significantly higher than that in girls.The hair iron content in the group aged 12~15 years was significantly the highest in all age groups.After the influential factors had been controlled,it shown that the hair iron content had decreased gradually from 1991 to 2000.Conclusions:The iron nutritional status of the children in Fuzhou district was still in a lower level,which didnt ameliorate with the improvement of social economic condition.The prevention of iron deficiency is still one of the most crucial healthy tasks in childhood today.
