摘要
合成了新荧光试剂 2 ,4 二羟基苯甲醛缩 4 氨基安替比林 (2 ,4 DHBAAP) ,并测定其结构。基于铝 (Ⅲ )与 2 ,4 DHBAAP CTMAB形成配合物 ,导致体系荧光增敏的特性 ,提出了一种测定微量铝的新荧光方法。在pH 4 .5~ 6 .0的乙酸铵缓冲溶液及CTMAB存在下 ,铝 (Ⅲ )与DHBAAP形成 1∶1的配合物。在λex λem =385 5 15nm处 ,体系产生的荧光增敏程度最大 ,铝量的线性范围为 0~ 15 0 μg·L-1,检出限为 0 .2 μg·L-1。方法用于水样中铝的测定 。
A new fluorescent reagent, 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde-4-aminoantipyrine (abbreviated as DHBAAP) was synthesized by condensation of 2,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde with 4-aminoantipyrine, and the product obtained was purified by recrystallization and its structure identified by IR-spectrometry and elementary analysis. It was found that in a buffer medium of ammonium acetate (pH 4.5~6.0) and in the presence of CTMAB, a complex, with a mole ratio of 1 to 1, is formed between DHBAAP and Al(Ⅲ), leading to a remarkable enhancement of fluorescence intensity of the reaction system. The fluorescence measurements were made at the wavelengths λ ex/λ em=385/515nm. Linear relationship between fluorescence intensity and concentration of aluminum(Ⅲ) was kept in the range of 0~150μg of Al(Ⅲ) per liter of solution, and a detection limit of 0.2μg·L -1 was found. Based on the above mentioned findings, a new fluorescent method for the determination of microamounts of aluminum was established, and satisfactory analytical results were obtained when the proposed method was applied to the analysis of water.
