摘要
报道了新席夫碱试剂 3,5 二溴水杨醛缩 8 氨基喹啉 (DBSAQ)的合成 .用元素分析 ,红外光谱法测定了其结构 .测定了DBSAQ的酸度常数 .在pH 4.0 0~ 5 .5 0范围内DBSAQ与Al(Ⅲ )形成稳定的荧光配合物 ,且在λex/λem=430nm/ 5 35nm处产生强烈的荧光 .其荧光强度与Al(Ⅲ )的浓度在 1.2~ 2 40 μg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,检出下限为 1.2 μg/L ,并考察了共存离子的影响 ,选择性高 ,应用于粮食中痕量铝的分析 。
A new shiff's base,3,5 dibromsalicylaldehyde 8 aminoquinoline(DBSAQ) was prepared and its characteristics was determined. The optimal conditions for the fluorescent complex forming of DBSAQ with aluminum(Ⅲ) were confirmed. The λ\- ex /λ\- em =430 m/535 nm,the molar ratio of Al(Ⅲ)to DBSAQ was determined to be 1∶2. The proposed method was used for the determination of aluminum in crops in the range of 1.2~240 μg/L.
