摘要
在HCl介质中,溶液中的铝(Ⅲ)能与盐酸洛美沙星反应生成一稳定的络合物,使盐酸洛美沙星的内源性荧光显著增强,据此建立了铝(Ⅲ)-盐酸洛美沙星体系测定铝()的荧光分析新方法。该体系的最大激发波长λex=365nm,最大发射波长λem=420nm,铝(Ⅲ)浓度在8.0×10-10—3.2×10-8g/mL范围内,与荧光增强程度成正比。方法用于水样中微量铝(Ⅲ)的测定,结果令人满意。
A simple and highly sensitive fluorescent method for the determination of the trace aluminium (Ⅲ) was developed based on the reaction of aluminium (Ⅲ) with lomefloxacin hydrochioride to form a strong fluorescence complex in the medium of 0.1mol/L HCl. The experimental conditions that influence the fluorescence intensity were investigated and optimized. The emission length is 420nm. The linear range is 8.0×10-10-3.2×10-8g/mL with the detection limit of 6 ×10^-1g/mL. The method was used for the determination of trace aluminium (Ⅲ) in water samples with satisfactory result.
