摘要
针对水泥分解炉低温燃烧工况 ,提出裹灰缩核模型 ,采用失重实验和理论分析 ,进行了 11种典型煤焦样的燃尽动力学参数研究和煤焦燃尽过程机理讨论。研究结果表明 :煤焦在燃烧过程中 ,灰层内的扩散系数Dh 及反应速度常数kc 并不是一个绝对常数 ;在分解炉的工作温度下 。
In this paper, the ash enclosed and core shrinkage model is proposed The char combustion dynamic is studied using TGA(thermogravimetric analysis) and theoretical analysis to investigate the dynamic parameters of 11 typical chars The mechanism of combustion process is discussed The results show that the diffusion coefficient D h as well the reaction rate constant k c within ash layer are not absolutely constant The limiting step in the low temperature combustion process in calciner is changing from chemical reaction control to diffusion control in ash layer
