摘要
本文提出了有关煤焦燃烧反应动力学的新思想,即认为煤焦反应动力学参数E(活化能)与煤质无关,它只是煤焦温度的函数;但其反应频率因子k0,ch与煤质有密切关系。本文中首次给出了煤焦燃烧反应动力学参数E/k0,ch与煤的工业分析基值的通用关系。这样可以根据煤质的工业分析基值,就可获得一确定的E/k0,ch值。从而避免了前人关于E/k0,ch值与煤质无通用关系的状况。本文还揭示了反应频率因子不仅与煤质有关,而且还与其燃烧状态有关的物理本质,并给出了它们之间的定量关系。
A new viewpoint, that is tile activation energy,E, is independent of coal properties and only varies with the temperature of the char particle and the frequency of char oxidation,k0,ch, is dependent on coal properties during its burning in air, is presented We have give a value of E=180 kJ/mol, which is a constant in the oxidation of any kind of coal chars in air. Based on experiments for different coals, a fitting universal relationship between k0,ch and coal properties, which is also applicable to ally kind of coal chars burning in air, is given in the paper. It is distingushed from previous literatures in which E and k0,ch both vary disorderly with coal properties. Now the value of k0,ch, can be easily predicted from the known proximate analysis of coal. The present general method for determining the kinetic parameters of char combustion is very useful to engineers and coal combustion modelling for predicting the burning rate of different coal type. Furthermore, it is demostrated that the k0,ch is related to not only the coal properties but also the burning regime, and the quantitative relationship between them is also presented in the paper.
