摘要
本文以大型振动筛激振器的转子轴承系统为研究对象,研究了轴承弹性非线性的转子-轴承系统的动力学行为,建立了不平衡转子-轴承系统的弹性振动的时变方程,用多重尺度法给出了系统的解析解,发现不平衡转子-轴承系统的弹性振动存在超次谐波现象,最后以ZK2065型振动筛激振器为例给出了其数值解,从中发现轴承的预紧对转子-轴承系统的稳定性有较大的影响,因此在系统设计时应避开不稳定区.
The rotor-bearing system of large screen exciter was studied in detail. The nonlinear elastic dynamics characters of rotor-bearing system was given, and time-dependant equation of unbalance rotor-bearing elastic vibration was proposed. The theoretical solution of the equation was obtained by means of a multiple scale method. The elastic vibration sub-harmonic waves of rotor-bearing system was found. Finally the numerical result of ZK2065 vibration screen exciter was obtained, and the result shows that the stability of rotor-bearing system was observably influenced by tightness of bearing. The range of unstable frequency should be avoided during designing rotor-bearing system.
