摘要
以HZSM-5沸石作催化剂,应用常压液-固相酯化反应合成了乙酸丁酯。考察了催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应温度和反应时间对酯产率的影响。适宜的反应条件为:催化剂用量为0.30g/mol正丁醇、正丁醇/乙酸=1∶1.05(mol比)、反应温度110~120℃、反应时间5小时,所得酯产率在63%以上。产物的红外光谱分析表明,HZSM-5沸石催化剂在合成乙酸丁酯的反应中具有高选择性。
n-butyl acetate was synthesized using HZSM-5 Zeolite as catalyst and us-ing esterification reaction of liquid—solid phase at atmospheric pressure.The effectof reaction conditions,such as the amount of the catalyst used,the molar ratioof n-butanol to acetic acid,reaction temperature,and reaction time,on the yieldof the ester was investigated.The appropriate reaction conditions are found to beas follows:the ratio of HZSM-5 catalyst/n-butanol=0.30g/lmol;the molar ratioof n-butanol/acetic acid=1/1.05;reaction temperature=110~120℃;reaction timeof about 5 hours.The yield of ester was obtained over 63%.The analysis of reactionproducts IR spectra shows that HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst possesses high selectivityfor the reaction of synthesizing n-butyl acetate.
