二甲苯异构化反应特性与HZSM—5沸石催化剂性能的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用脉冲微反和NH3中毒法 ,研究了在HZSM - 5沸石催化剂上二甲苯异构化反应特性 ,催化剂表面酸性与邻二甲苯异构化的活性和选择性的关系 ,确定了在 2 0 0~ 35 0℃范围内的中等强度的酸中心是参与二甲苯异构化的活性中心 ,这些酸中心数增加 ,其反应的活性和选择性增加 ,阐述了HZSM- By pulsing microreaction and ammonia poisoning technique ,we have studied the characteristics of isomerization of dimethyl benzene,the surface acidity and the relationship between the surface activity and selectivity for isomerization of o-xylen on HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst.It is found that the acid sites of medium size on HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst for temperature within the range 200~350℃ are the active center which participates in isomerization of dimethyl benzene.With the acid sites increasing,the catalytic activity and selectivity for isomerization of dimethyl benzene are increasing too.It is said that the structure factor of the HZSM-5 zeolite catalyst has a little impaction on selectivity for isomerization of dimethyl benzene.
