摘要
采用正交实验的方法对济源高硫煤炉内燃烧脱硫进行了实验研究,确定了影响固硫率的主要因素,研制出了适于济源高硫煤炉内燃烧脱硫的固硫剂,并进行了工业性试验。结果表明,通过添加固硫剂可有效地减少燃煤过程中SO2的排放,对于以有机硫为主的济源高硫煤,炉内燃烧脱硫是一种行之有效的脱硫方法。
The influences of combustion temperature, Ca/ S and supporting agent on the sulfur retention effect of high sulfur coal combustion have been researched. The experimental results have shown that the sulfur retention rate is over 60% for high sulfur coal.
