摘要
基于CFD数值模拟方法对比分析加装不同布置方式氨烟混合器的SCR脱硝系统流场性能。计算结果表明2种形式的混合器均能有效提升系统的脱硝性能,且在低负荷工况下也有良好表现。布置方式不同,二者对流场和浓度场上的优化提升能力也有所不同。考虑到增加混合器会增加系统的能耗损失,可根据实际情况合理选择混合器布置方式,实现系统的最优性能。
This study conducted a comparative analysis of flow field performance in SCR denitrification systems equipped with ammonia-flue gas mixers of different configurations using CFD numerical simulation.The computational results demonstrate that both mixer types significantly enhance denitrification efficiency while maintaining good performance under low-load conditions.The two configurations exhibit distinct optimization effects on flow and concentration fields.Considering the additional energy consumption caused by mixer installation,optimal mixer configuration should be selected based on practical requirements to achieve system performance optimization.
