贝壳流化床燃烧脱硫的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用添加脱硫剂和空白试验对比的方法,对两种贝壳和一种石灰石在流化床中的脱硫特性进行了试验研究.结果表明,在流化床条件下,河蚌壳的脱硫性能优于石灰石和贻贝壳.3种脱硫剂在试验范围内的脱硫效率随钙硫比增加而增加,当钙硫比为2.5时,河蚌壳的脱硫效率达到最高;河蚌壳在950~1000℃范围内脱硫效率随温度升高而升高,在1000℃时,脱硫效率达到72.96%,其他两种脱硫剂的脱硫效率随温度升高而下降.比较试样煅烧后的微孔直径发现,河蚌壳的微孔直径大于0.1μm,而另外两种脱硫剂的微孔直径小于0.05μm的占有很大份额,表明脱硫剂微孔直径对脱硫性能有重要影响. The desulphurization characteristics of two kinds of shells and one kind of limestone in fluidized bed combustion (FBC) have been studied using contrast method. The results show that under fluidized bed conditions the desulphurization characteristic of clamshell is better than that of limestone and sea-mussel shell. The desulphurization efficiency of these three desulphurization agents increases with the increasing of Ca/S mol ratio and the highest efficiency reached at Ca/S=2.5 for the clamshell. The efficiency of clamshell also increases with the increasing of temperature in the range of 950~1000℃, and the highest value at 1000℃ reaches to 72.96%, while the efficiency of other two agents decreases. It is found that comparing the micro-pores diameter of the test samples after calcination, the pores diameter of clamshell is all larger than 0.1靘, while those of the other two agents have a large portion less than 0.05靘, indicating that the micro-pores diameter of the agents has an important effect on the desulphurization property.
