摘要
在试验样本较少时 ,需要对不同实验条件下的数据和信息进行转换和综合 ,这就要求人们必须对实验的环境因子进行确定。本文主要介绍了用韦布尔分布参数的估计值来确定环境因子的方法。本文首先给出了韦布尔分布的性质 ,然后对韦布尔分布环境因子进行了理论分析。根据环境因子的二因子法得出了韦布尔分布的环境因子并给出了其估计量。
This paper aims to present a method on how to synthesize and transform the experimental data of the same product gained from different experimental conditions with available environmental factors. According to the theory of two factor method, environmental factors may have deterministic value rather than being random variables. Based on the theory of two factor method, this paper has made a successful experiment in treating the environmental factors concerned and their estimation values by means of distribution parameters and mean value as well as the Weibull distribution variance. The experiment has proved that the factors may have the same form with the normal distribution variance. It also shows the actual process on how to achieve the synthesis and transformation of the experimental data with the available environmental factors.
