摘要
为了对不同环境下的试验数据进行折算与综合,本文在失效机理不变的前提下,详细讨论了Gamma分布环境因子的定义;给出了判别两种环境下产品失效机理是否发生了明显变化的统计检验方法;并推导了Gamma分布环境因子的极大似然估计(MLE)及经典的、Fiducial与Bayesian区间估计。最后以数值举例说明了定义和各种统计推断方法的适用性。
This paper discusses the definitions of the environmental factors for Gamma distribu- tion under a prerequisite of constant failure mechanism for the purpose of converting and synthesiz- ing some test data obtained in different environments.The paper also proposes a method of statisti- cal test to discriminate if the failure mechanism of a product takes a distinct transformation in two different environments The MLE and the classical.Fiducial and Bavesian confidence intervals of environmental factors of the Gamma distribution are derived.These methods are illustrated by nu- merical examples and the results have approved the suitability of the definition and methods.
