摘要
针对电子产品设计验证阶段性能试验的多环境状态、小样本特点,在正态分布假设条件下,提出了基于Pspice电路仿真的性能评估方法,运用Pspice软件中的瞬态分析、Monte-Carlo分析和温度分析获得了各环境状态下的性能仿真数据,进而获得了环境因子的仿真结果;利用环境因子将多试验状态下的试验数据折算为正常状态下的性能试验数据,基于折算后性能试验数据实现了产品的性能可靠性评估。最后,以某型装备上的稳压电源为例说明了本文方法的有效性和实用性。
In view of the characteristic situation of small samples in multi-testing environments in performance testing for electronic equipment,an evaluation method of performance reliability based on Pspice circuit simulation and the hypothesis of normal distribution is proposed. Transient analysis,Monte-Carlo analysis and temperature analysis in Pspice software are used to attain the performance simulation data in each environment and then the estimation of environment factors can be acquired,which are used to convert the data in environment A to B. Based on these,performance reliability estimation is achieved. Finally,an example of steady voltage power is provided and the validity and practicability of the method proposed is confirmed.
