摘要
目的研究壳聚糖胶原生物敷料(chitosan-collagenbiologicaldressing,CCBD)对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面EGF和bFGF表达的影响及意义。方法壳聚糖与鼠尾胶原分别按1:9和1:1配成敷料原液并制成CCBDA和CCBDB。以单纯胶原敷料组和自然愈合组作对照,测定伤后3、7、14、21d的创面愈合率、创面组织蛋白和羟脯氨酸含量,创面组织EGF、bFGF免疫组化染色并进行图象分析。结果CCBDA、B组各时相点的创面愈合率较自然愈合组高,CCBDB组伤后3d和7d时EGF和bFGF的表达高于自然愈合组。结论CCBD对大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面有促愈合作用并呈剂量相关性,其促愈机制与使用CCBD后创面EGF和bFGF表达增强有关。
Objective To study the effect of Chitosan-Collagen Biological Dressing(CCBD)on the expression of EGF and bFGF of deepⅡ°skin burns in rats.Methods CCBD A and CCBD B were made from the mix ture of chitosan and collagen solution by the proportion of 1:9and 1:1respectively.With the simp le collagen dressing group and the normal healing group as the control,CCBD A and CCBD B were used as wound dressing on the deepⅡ°skin burns of rats in the experiment al groups.The wound-healing rate wa s measured at the 3rd,7th,14th,21st day postinjury;the contents of protein and hydroxyproline(HOP)were detected also.The protein of EG F and bFGF were stained im-munohistochemistrically and analy sised.Results The wound healing rates of CCBD A,B groups were higher than that of the norm al group .At the 3rd and the 7th day postinjury,th e expressions of EGF and bFGF in CCBD B group were higher than those of the normal healing group .Conclusion CCBD promoted the burns healing sign ificantly and dose-dependently,CCBD could accelerate the expression o f EGF and bFGF of the burn wound.
