蒙脱土复合材料的制备及其与皮胶原作用的研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究选用N ,N -二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、铬鞣革屑水解液及 1 63 1等不同插层剂 ,对钠基蒙脱土进行了改性 ;将改性蒙脱土与乙烯基聚合物在一定条件下复合制备复合鞣剂 ;将改性蒙脱土、复合鞣剂用于皮革鞣制 ,考察它们对酸皮的填充性 ,对坯革抗张强度、撕裂强度、崩破强度等物理机械性能的影响。离子交换容量(CEC)、X -射线衍射 (XRD)测定结果表明 :有机阳离子已和钠基蒙脱土中的钠离子发生离子交换作用 ,且蒙脱土层间距变大。皮革鞣制试验结果表明 :各种材料都能产生一定的鞣制效应。 Montmorillonite(MMT) was modified with different interlayer agent through cation exchanging reaction. The exchange extent was characterized by means of XRD(X-ray diffraction) and the determination of CEC(cation exchange capacity). The results indicated that the modifiers had intercalated into the layer of Na-MMT and the inter laminar distance has become further. Then the modified montmorillonite and vinyl polymer were used to prepare composite. At last,varied materials were applied in leather making. Then the incrassation rate,temperature of shrinkage and physics mechanical performance of the resultant leather was measured. It showed that the materials all had tanning effect on skin.
