摘要
高等职业教育经过多年的努力,现已成为高等教育的重要组成部分.本文简要回顾了我国高等职业教育发展的历史,对高等职业教育的定位进行了探讨,并分析了高等职业教育的发展动因.大力发展高等职业教育是经济和社会发展、深化教育改革、合理调整高等教育结构、推进高等教育大众化及迎接'入世'挑战、与国际职业教育接轨的需要.
This article firstly deals with the simple history of development of Chinese higher vocational education. And it charifies that this kind of education has now become an important part of higher education after many years' great efforts. Meanwhile, it inquires into the definition of present higher vocational education .Then it summarizes the cause of development of higher vocational education , which is the need of development of economy and society. The need of deepening educational refom and rational adjustment of higher educational stucture?the need of making higher education popular and catching up with the international vocational education in the face of challenge after joining WTO.
