摘要
制备了以分子筛作为载体的 Ti O2 / L a3 + / SO4 2 - 固体超强酸催化剂 ,并考察了它对富马酸酯化反应的催化活性。实验表明 ,分子筛负载 Ti O2 / La3 + / SO4 2 - 固体超强酸具有很好的催化活性。通过正交试验优化了富马酸酯化反应条件 :催化剂活化温度 50 0℃ ,催化剂用量 1 5% (以富马酸质量计 ) ,反应物醇酸物质量比 6∶ 1 ,反应时间 5h,并以此条件合成了富马酸二甲酯 ,产率达 92 .3 %。
The preparation of supported catalyst, TiO 2/La 3+ /SO 4 2- supported on molecular sieves ,and its catalytic activity to esterification of fumarate are investigated. It is found that the catalyst has fine catalytic activity. The optimum conditions of the esterification by orthogonal experiments are studied. The results show that the best active temperature of the catalyst is 500℃, the amount of the catalyst is 15% up on the mass of fumaric acid in reaction , the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 6∶1 and the reaction time is 5 h. At last dimethyl fumarate is synthesized on these conditions, the ester yield is up to 92.3%.
