摘要
采用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2—SiO2/SO24-固体超强酸催化剂,并考察它对乙酸甲酯合成反应的催化性能。用正交法对催化剂的制备条件进行优化,考察了钛酸丁酯(TBT)含量、浓硫酸含量、焙烧温度和滴入TBT时的温度对催化性能的影响。
The solid super acid catalyst TiO2-SiO2/SO4^2- was prepared by sol - gel, its catalytic activity was investigated to synthesis of methyl acetate. The reactive condition of catalyst was optimized by orthogonal optimization method, effects of the amount of tetrabutyl titanate （TBT）, the amount oil of vitriol, the temperature of calcine and the temperature of dripping TBT on catalysis were analyzed.
