摘要
以含铈固体超强酸ZrO2 -Ce2 O3/SO2 -4为催化剂 ,丙二酸和正丁醇为原料合成了丙二酸二丁酯。最佳反应条件为 :催化剂活化温度 5 0 0℃ ,丙二酸 10 0mmol,n(酸 )∶n(醇 ) =1.0∶2 .5 ,催化剂用量 1g ,反应时间 2h ,酯化率达 95 .8%。结果表明 ,加入铈有助于提高固体超强酸的使用寿命。
Dibutyl malonate was synthesized from [WT5BX]n-butanol and malonic acid using solid acid ZrO 2-Ce 2O 3/SO 2- 4 as a catalyst. The optimized reaction conditions were as follows: the activated temperature of catalyst is 500℃, malonic acid is 100mmol, n(acid) ∶n[WT5BZ](alc) is 1.0 ∶2.5, catalyst dosage is 1g, reaction time is 2h, coversion of malonic acid is 95.8%. The result showed that the addition of cerium was helpful to prolong lifetime of the solid acid.
