摘要
目的 观察诱生型一氧化氮合成酶 (iNOS)在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中的表达。方法 将研究组豚鼠暴露于白噪声造成噪声性聋的模型 ,耳蜗用石蜡包埋、切片 ,用免疫组织化学的方法观察iNOS在耳蜗的表达。结果 iNOS在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中表达阳性 ,以血管纹和螺旋神经节的表达较强。结论 iNOS在噪声暴露豚鼠耳蜗中呈阳性表达 ,提示一氧化氮在噪声性聋的发病机制中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS) in cochlea of guinea pigs exposed to white noise. Methods Guinea pigs were exposed to white noise to induce hearing loss model. Cochleas were embedded with paraffin and cut into slides. The expression of iNOS in cochlea was examined by immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of iNOS in cochlea exposed to noise was positive. Expression of iNOS in area of stria vascularis and spiral ganglion cell was much stronger. Conclusion Expression of iNOS is positive in cochlea of guinea pig exposed to noise, suggesting the pathogenic role of nitric oxide noise-induced hearing loss.
