摘要
用无标度的层次分析法对教育研究专家、地方教育行政官员以及中学教师进行了调查。结果显示 ,初中教师继续教育各类培训内容的权重因教师职称不同而异 ;中教初级教师的培训内容中教育基本技能的学习应占较大权重 ;中教一级和高级教师的培训内容中一般文化知识的学习应占较大权重。
By using the scale-free hierarchy analysis method, the present study made a survey to educational research professionals, local education officials, and middle school teachers. The results showed that the weight of the content of post professional education of junior middle school teachers differs according to teachers' titles. Education to beginner teachers should focus on basic teaching skills, and education to advanced and master teachers should emphasize on general knowledge.
