加快高压上浆工艺的推广应用——全国浆料和浆纱技术2001年会会议纪要 被引量:3

摘要 对 2 0 0 1年全国各大纺织厂应用高压、高浓、低粘上浆工艺的效果进行了总结 ,提出了推广应用高压上浆工艺应注意的问题 ,认为高压上浆是一项基本不需投入即可增加效益的多快好省的有效措施 ,并且指出在中低压浆纱机上运用高压、高浓、低粘上浆工艺同样可取得高压上浆的效果 ,分析了丙烯酸类浆料的国内发展现状 ,建议浆料生产企业应标明丙烯酸类浆料单体的名称 ,并提供红外光谱图 。 The performance of sizing technology, applied in many large textile mills in China in 2001,of high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity is summarized. The questions to pay attention to on extending the sizing technology are also put forward. The sizing technology of high pressure is considered as a effective method, which hardly need investment, and the mill will gain the benefit quickly. The same effect of this technology applied on low pressure or middle pressure sizing machine is also pointed out. The developing situation of domestic acrylic acid size is analyzed, and the monomers of acrylic acid size should be labeled by the size factory, and their corresponding infrared spectrums are also presented, which will promote the rational application of size.
