摘要
对变性淀粉、聚丙烯酸类浆料的性能进行了分析。随着变性淀粉粘度稳定性的提高 ,粘度的降低以及聚丙烯酸类浆料吸湿再粘缺陷得以改善 ,为在上浆中少用或不用PVA ,以变性淀粉和聚丙烯酸类浆料为主体 ,替代PVA提供了技术保证 ;再者 ,高压上浆技术的发展日趋完善 ,高压上浆使浆液粘附性和浆液的粘结强力得到极大的改善 ,有效地提高了上浆效果和织造性能 ,为少用或不用PVA提供了更加有利的条件。文中分别设计了含PVA浆料的配方和不含PVA浆料的配方 ,并采用常压、高压不同压浆力配置 ,对上述观点进行了试验和论证。
The performance of modified starch and acrylic acid sizing agent is analyzed. With increasing viscosity stability and decreasing viscosity of modified starch, and improving moisture absorption reviscosity of acrylic acid sizing agent, without PVA and few PVA in sizing processing,with modified starch and acrylic alid sizing agent instead of PVA is ensured. In the other hand, high-pressure technology is perfected, this technology can improves the viscosity and adhesive strength, at the meantime can improves sizing effect and weaving performance. With PVA and without PVA formula is designed, and normal-pressure and high-pressure is used, above mentioned viewpoint is tested and verified.
