摘要
介绍了^(60)Co γ射线对淀粉的辐射降解作用.初步研究了辐射剂量、剂量率对淀粉粘度的影响,测定了辐射降解淀粉中羧基的生成量,评价了淀粉辐照后的(?)藏隐定性、粘度热稳定性、色泽变化等.简述了产品的应用情况.
The radiolysis of starch by using r-rays from 60Co was described. The effects of both irradiation dose and dose rate on starch's viscosity were studied,and the generated quantity of carboxyl in the irradiated starch was determined. The storage stability, thermal stability of viscosity, and colour change for irradiated starch were also observed. Applications of the irradiated starch in some fields were introduced.
